unlike traditional interior design studios, we DO NOT charge by the hour. instead, our studio fees are based on a full-service, “Inclusive Offering”. our model is based on a holistic approach to the design process that creates a more collaborative environment where clients can focus on making decisions and enjoying the overall process.
our interior design consultation fees start at $250, depending on the overall scope of the project. however some projects require more interaction with builders/contractors and/or architects early on which impacts our time allocated to assessing the project. please call us and we will be happy to walk you through the best option for your project.
we value the time we spend with you which is why our consultation is a very comprehensive and thorough process. it’s not just a meeting; it’s the start of an amazing relationship! the interior design consultation fee includes a detailed proposal that functions as the roadmap for kicking-off the project.
mr alex TATE prides itself on being a design studio that puts clients first. our main focus is to spend as much time as possible with you in your spaces and provide a premium level of service that is unparalleled. on occasion, we do have clients visit us at our studio, conveniently located in the wynwood/allapattah area. we’d love to have you visit us for an interior design consultation or in hopes of becoming your home design consultant in miami, or other areas we serve.
