Some projects begin with a problem. This one began with a gift. The clients had already done the courageous work: purchased, gutted, and rebuilt their Aventura waterfront condominium from the ground up. Added to that, was a trive of some very special family heirlooms and pieces they currenlty owned that couldl be layered in.

Custom reupholstered vintage furniture and cherished heirlooms were woven throughout the home, each piece selected and carefully restored to add depth and character. Starting from scratch — a complete gut renovation — did not prevent this home from feeling as though it had been slowly, lovingly collected over decades. That's not an accident of style.
