Our latest project in Aventura was a three-bedroom condo with sweeping water and city views that yearned for a timeless and curated design.

The clients' vision was clear – they wanted a modern space that exuded a sense of whimsy and charm. After purchasing the condo and undertaking a complete renovation, they entrusted us with taking the white walls and a clean slate to the next level.  And so, we embarked on a creative journey, drawing inspiration from the client's love for travel, refurbished vintage pieces, and cherished family heirlooms.

Embracing a quirky charm, we breathed new life into the client’s heirlooms. Each piece was thoughtfully chosen and meticulously restored and updated adding a touch of history and character to the space. These unique treasures became conversation starters and visual touchpoints for anyone entering the condo.

Incorporating our maximalist approach, we set out to curate a space where contemporary design and nostalgia gracefully dance together. The foundation was set with custom rugs, mixing vintage and modern design elements layered with vibrant hues that would become the focal point of each room. These rugs not only added a layer of comfort underfoot but also served as stunning pieces of art.

The result was a whimsical maximalist space that felt both current and grounded. The clean slate we started with transitioned into an expression of colors, textures, and curated vignettes that spoke to the client's personality and taste.
