yes! one of the things that makes us unique is that we pass on the trade discount to you. there are no mark-ups on any furniture items.

not at all! we love condos and will work through any HOA or Condo Association rules prevailing for any work done on the premises. at the appropriate time, we ask you to provide us with your association’s contact information and we’ll coordinate the rest. learn more about our design philosophy, where we elaborate on our fearless curation, our MODVic reality, color, and lighting.

all our proposals are valid for 60 days from the date the proposal is issued. beyond 60 days we cannot guarantee pricing and services for the initial rate quoted as our studio load fills up quickly and we want to ensure we are providing best-in-class, dedicated attention to our clients.

yes. the process of picking a designer works both ways. you need to feel comfortable with us and reassured that we will deliver on your creative vision of curation and styling. similarly, we need to ensure that the project is right for our studio.  please call us to learn more.

unlike traditional interior design studios, we do not charge by the hour. instead, our studio fees are based on a full-service, “inclusive offering”. our model is based on a holistic approach to the design process that creates a more collaborative environment where clients can focus on making decisions and enjoying the overall process.
