built in 1984, this two-story tract home in a quiet suburb of miami was ready for its next chapter. the bones were strong and the layout was dreamy. a double-height living room and an owner’s suite that occupies the whole east side of the house captured the heart of the owners the moment they saw it online. the owners wanted the home to reflect their eclectic sensibility and their profound love for all things vintage. it was a project that looked to the past for inspiration while infusing modern touches for balance. the studio, as a residential interior designer in miami, designed every square inch of the home. the end result is a truly modern victorian approach that layers together with an eclectic mix of elements. it’s a very unexpected kendall home.
